A few nights ago my comfort zone was invaded. Someone tried to break into my house. I live in intercity San Antonio, and only a block from two seperate halfway houses, as well as a large homeless shelter. These things haven’t made me nervous until now. At the wishes of my dad and just about every male friend I have, I’m moving as soon as possible. In fact, I’ll be moving into a new place on the first of December. The move is bittersweet.
Nevertheless, I am thankful for the people that God has placed around me, and His perfect providence in my life. I feel protected and loved from all sides so much right now.
I Corinthians 1:4 I give thanks to my God always for you because of the grace of God that was given you in Christ Jesus, 5 that in every way you were enriched in him in all speech and all knowledge— 6 even as the testimony about Christ was confirmed among you— 7 so that you are not lacking in any spiritual gift, as you wait for the revealing of our Lord Jesus Christ, 8 who will sustain you to the end, guiltless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
And a very happy 30th to my dear friend Christine.
